Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing them through our website (www.sarojjewellers.com) or by emailing Sarojjewellers02@gmail.com.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued either:
By cheque, or
To the original payment source used during purchase through the payment gateway.
Cancellation requests made after 3 days fall under the Replacement Policy.
Cancellations are exempt from the Verification Policy.
All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance or by ±10% in weight.
Replacement requests will not be accepted for such variations.
No replacements will be provided for Gold Coins.
Replacement requests will only be processed when the original product and invoice are returned to Saroj Jewellers, Dehradun (or the registered office).
For gemstones, diamonds, and solitaires, the customer must provide the SGL/EGL/IGL certificate.
If certificates are missing, re-certification charges apply:
Gemstones: Rs. 500
Diamonds/Solitaires: Rs. 3,000
Replacement will be processed only after successful verification (refer to Verification Policy).
Delivery of replacement items may take up to 30 business days from verification date.
Free replacements are allowed if:
The received product is substantially different from the ordered item, or
The item has an inherent manufacturing defect despite quality checks.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via registered email and must include:
Customer ID
Order ID
Delivery date and time
Clear description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
All returned products undergo verification by trained experts.
Verification ensures:
The product is genuine.
The product matches the original order.
Verification is free, except when SGL/EGL/IGL certificates are missing.
In such cases, re-certification charges apply:
Gemstones: Rs. 500
Solitaires: Rs. 3,000
Verification typically takes 7 days.

The customer opts not to replace a returned item.
