1. Life Time Exchange

• We invite customers to exchange jewellery at any time against gold purchased from any of our Saroj Jewellers showrooms or online.
• Exchange is limited to gold and diamond ornaments purchased from Saroj Jewellers.
• Exchange is not available for gemstones (except diamonds) and silver ornaments.
• All exchanges are subject to our Verification Policy.
• Customers must produce the original tax invoice, which allows us to credit the full value of the invoice after deducting applicable making charges and taxes.

2. Buy-back

• Saroj Jewellers offers buy-back on all jewellery except gemstones (other than diamonds) and silver items.
• Buy-back requires the presentation of the original tax invoice against which the jewellery was purchased.
• Buy-back services are available at all Saroj Jewellers stores. Customers are encouraged to enquire with individual stores for more details and specific valuations.
