By subscribing to or using any of the services on the website [www.sarojjewellers.com], you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

This website is for online “offer and acceptance” of the jewellery items posted and advertised on the website. The terms and conditions may be changed, altered, and/or revised at the discretion of the Company without prior notice.

2. Membership

Membership corresponding to transaction rights is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Account

While transacting through the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password, as well as access to your computer, cell phone, and network. You are also responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

As a User, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
  • Maintain and update your registration data to keep it accurate and complete.

If any information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or in violation of applicable laws, the Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your account indefinitely.

5. Sale of Goods

  • All transactions from or through this Website shall be deemed to have been conducted at or from the registered office of Saroj Jewellers.
  • Transactions shall be subject to applicable Indian laws.
  • The transaction is deemed complete once the Tax Invoice is raised, and delivery is made via a third-party courier or Company personnel.
  • All sales are subject to applicable taxes under Indian GST regulations.
  • The offer for sale is restricted to items displayed on the Website. The Company may modify, remove, or discontinue any product at its discretion.
  • All products are handcrafted and made-to-order; minor variations of up to ±10% in weight or form may occur.
  • Gold items bear a BIS Hallmark where applicable; 24 CARAT products cannot be BIS hallmarked.
  • Diamonds are accompanied by SGL or EGL certificates, and other gemstones by IGL certificates, all in physical form.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due in advance.
  • Payments can only be made through the Website’s payment gateway in Indian Rupees.
  • Payments are deemed received only when credited to the Company’s bank account.

7. Delivery

  • Goods are in transit once dispatched via courier and delivered when handed over to the customer or authorized recipient.
  • Delivery can only be made to the customer or their authorized person. Authorization must be communicated via email at support@sarojjewellers.com.
  • Recipients must provide valid identity and address proof at the time of delivery. Acceptable proofs include:
    • Voter ID (EPIC)
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Any ID issued by Central or State Government

PAN Card is not considered valid for delivery.

  • Tax Invoice will be provided with every transaction. Customers are advised to inspect the item and papers immediately. Refer to the Return Policy for guidance.

8. Insurance

  • Transit insurance is arranged free of cost until delivery.
  • Minor damages during transit are not covered by insurance.
  • Customers must provide necessary information to assist in claims if required.

9. Warranty

  • Goods are considered defective only if they have material or manufacturing defects. Minor deviations from website images do not qualify as defects.

10. Disclaimer

  • Images on the website are for reference only; size, color, finish, luster, and other parameters may vary.
  • Handcrafted products may differ slightly in weight or form.
  • Gemstone prices are based on average stone weight, not individual stones.
  • The Company is not responsible for unauthorized use of credit/debit cards.

11. Governing Law
