  • Silver Jewellery: Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
  • Diamond Jewellery: Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Faster Delivery:

  • Available for select products.
  • Delivery within 7 working days.

For domestic deliveries within India, we have partnered with BlueDart and Sequel Logistics, renowned shipping providers known for their reliable and efficient services.

Inspection upon Receipt

We strongly urge you to carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the receipt.

  • If you notice any issues, kindly refuse the delivery and promptly contact our customer support.
  • By inspecting the package upon receipt, you help us address any concerns immediately and ensure the safety of your valuable items.

Shipping Charges

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the shipping option you choose. There are no additional charges for the delivery of your jewellery items.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.

Please Note:

  • The estimated delivery times mentioned above are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that may impact the delivery schedule, we will promptly notify you and work towards resolving the issue.
  • Customers must enter the correct details of Consignee/Recipient Name (as per their government-approved photo ID), complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.

Recipient Verification

Upon the product’s arrival at the destination, the recipient may be required to provide an OTP sent to the mobile number associated with the delivery address, or present one of the following identity proofs to collect the item:

  • Aadhaar
  • Passport
  • PAN
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID

We ensure that delivery is completed only after verification by the courier agent. The courier agent may record details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate by providing original copies of identity proof.

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is jewellery, gold coin, or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive box along with the relevant certificates.
